Story

Jerome spent his early years in banking and real estate before shifting toward personal growth and development. In 2005 Jerome entered the world of leadership coaching and now partners with The Restored Leader as part of their executive team. He works with for-profits and non-profits to “increase influence without losing your soul.” His specialties include self-leadership, culture-crafting, spiritual formation, team building, and nonprofit board development. In 2007 Jerome co-founded and became Publisher for several years of Christian Coaching Magazine.

Between 2007 - 2012 he served as Senior Advisor and Adjunct Faculty at the Center for Coaching Excellence, based in Minneapolis. From 2010 - 2013, he partnered with Extraordinary! Inc. to deliver trainings and coaching to corporate clients along the East Coast. Following that experience, Jerome experienced a great awakening through the contemplative tradition of the ancient Celts, monastics, and mystics which inspired and informed his work ever since. Jerome and his wife started a contemplative organization called The Vining Center in 2021 where they continue to host spiritual retreats.
